Teaching has been my life's dream for as long as I can remember. I have always been deeply impacted by my students and their desire to succeed. My teaching style is student-driven, instilling practical skills individually curated to each student with the expectation that they are able to replicate them once our time together is complete. My studio slogan is "singing should be easy."

 

I have a specific passion for evidence-based vocal pedagogy and frequently incorporate it into my teaching. My former students are currently enrolled in various music schools across the country including Florida State University, University of Memphis, Florida International University, New World School for the Arts, and University of Maryland, while others are performing in ensembles and young artist programs as they further their careers.

I specialize in classical technique and repertoire, and am an avid musical theater lover and listener. Sub-specialties include professional concert/oratorio, early music, and professional ensemble singing.

I have presented guest lectures/master classes at institutions across the United States including University of Nebraska Omaha, Ball State University, University of Colorado Boulder, and Southern Virginia University.
