As an educator, Alex holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education from the Frost School of Music (University of Miami), and a Master of Music degree in Vocal Pedagogy from the Rudi E. Scheidt School of Music (University of Memphis). She has had the privilege of studying with Elena Correia, Dr. Nobleza Pilar, and Dr. Kyle Ferrill.
She has served as a classroom music teacher to elementary school students, choral director of middle and high school programs, instructor of record for collegiate voice students, currently runs her own private voice studio.

Alex currently teaches private voice lessons of all styles from her studio in South Florida, specializing in college audition prep for high school students. She also offers virtual lessons via FaceTime and Zoom.

As a performer, I hone my own craft and constantly seek to further my education on the voice, vocal pedagogy, choral pedagogy and repertoire, and all things that will benefit my own students.
